Community Literacy of Ontario (CLO) is pleased to share our Skills for Successfully Working in Child Care Part 1 & 2 resources.
This Level 2 resource is the third in a series, following the introductory resources "Your Path to a Job in Child Care 1 and 2." It is intended to be completed by learners independently or with support from an LBS practitioner. It takes a deeper look at four of the Skills for Success (Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity and Innovation) and how they would be used both in life and in a child care or early childhood education setting. This resource has been designed for learners with Level 2 skills.
