Community Literacy of Ontario (CLO) is pleased to share our Skills for Successfully Working in Child Care Part 1 & 2 resources.

This Level 2 resource is the third in a series, following the introductory resources "Your Path to a Job in Child Care 1 and 2." It is intended to be completed by learners independently or with support from an LBS practitioner. It takes a deeper look at four of the Skills for Success (Adaptability, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity and Innovation) and how they would be used both in life and in a child care or early childhood education setting. For the other five Skills for Success, please see the next resource in this series “Skills for Successfully Working in Child Care 2.”

This resource has been designed for learners with Level 2 skills.
