Mental wellness is essential for leading a happy life, whether at home or in the workplace. This course is designed to provide insights into Workplace Wellness. We'll explore the signs and symptoms of stress and ways to reduce stress levels in our daily lives. You'll also learn self-care techniques that you can incorporate into your daily routine. In the second part of this course, we'll discuss Worker's Rights in Ontario and use the teachings of the Medicine Wheel to help achieve balance in our lives.
