This course is an adaptation of a Live Class ‘Kitchen Club’ series, focused on reading and math skills required for baking. Learners will:

  • Learn how to read and follow a written recipe
  • Learn how to follow a recipe presented over video
  • Learn how to properly identify and measure wet and dry ingredients
  • Learn how to use fractions in baking when following Imperial measurements
  • Review how to perform simple fraction math (adding or subtracting) when adjusting quantities
  • Review how to measure time
