The spreadsheet can also be used by individual LBS organizations to onboard new LBS practitioners and CaMS administrators. It will also support communication among team members, provide a common language in LSP meetings, and guide reports to the ministry. 

In this spreadsheet you will find definitions for the terms found on the 'Participant Registration Form' and the 'Exit and Follow Up Form'. You will also find sheets containing definitions for the terms used to track Referrals In to and Referrals Out of LBS programs. 

Within each sheet you will also find information related to Suitability or Service Quality Standard (SQS), as well as examples and tips to help you with decision making. These sheets also provide a quick reference to terms that are important in LBS, e.g. Word of Mouth, but are not currently recognized by the ministry.

You will also find a ‘Comments’ column where you can add your own local examples. Note: this is the only column you can edit.
