This Level 2 resource is the fifth series introducing learners to a career in child care. This resource is designed for learners to work independently or with a tutor. It recaps some of the concepts introduced in the first four resources and then focuses on three important guiding organizations or resources used in child care: The College of Early Childhood Educators, the document Early Learning for Every Child Today (or ELECT), and the document How Does Learning Happen?
