This resource shares how you can build your skills through volunteering and provides a problem-solving approach to obtaining volunteer experience. Building Your Skills Through Volunteering has been developed to support adult learners with Level 1 skills as they work towards their individual goals of work, further education and training, apprenticeship or independence.
