The ITM program is a fully-funded immersive program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in a Millwright Apprenticeship. It is a 6-week program that consists of 4 weeks of Millwright skills training in conjunction with 2 weeks of training in the area of math, spatial reasoning and communication. The goal of the program is for the participants to be indentured into the Millwright Union as 1st year apprentices, after successfully completing the required Union entry aptitude test prior to being eligible to work.

While the resources were created for use in the ITM program, they are not necessarily specific to millwrighting and could be used for other apprenticeships as applicable.

  • Verbal Reasoning Q & A document, practice aptitude tests (note, this were not created by ALC but is a resource they use)
