This resource introduces the Ontario Building and Construction Tradeswomen (OBCT) website to learners interested in the construction trades. It provides an overview of the website and opportunities to learn some of the benefits of working in the trades. Learners will explore one or more specific skilled trades, find out about information sessions hosted by OBCT, and learn about programs that help women secure experience, training, and knowledge within the skilled trades.
